That is asking a lot from the people who work for us. Fortunately, thanks to our bureau’s culture of challenge and its way of organising matters, we still manage to attract the best people; people who are curious, who dare to meet confrontations, but who can also admit to being in the wrong. Since really getting to the core is the most difficult challenge of all. It is, however, also the most surprising, and that’s where the satisfaction lies.
